Your Impact

As a
Sales Development Representative
at RMS, you'll be responsible for building pipeline momentum by qualifying inbound leads and driving smart, strategic outbound activity. You'll be the first point of contact for many future customers, shaping their early experience with RMS and setting the tone for long-term success.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound leads via phone, email and chat promptly and professionally
  • Running high volume outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) to uncover new prospects
  • Qualifying leads by assessing fit, challenges, timeline and budget using modern sales techniques
  • Booking high quality discovery meetings for our Sales Executives and Managers
  • Conducting micro-discovery calls to tailor your messaging to prospect needs
  • Researching organisations and decision makers to ensure relevant, personalised outreach
  • Working closely with Marketing to improve campaigns and share feedback from the market
  • Supporting lead generation from events including webinars, trade shows and on-site activations
  • Keeping accurate records in our CRM and contributing to market insights
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly KPIs including meetings booked, lead conversion and response time targets

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a sales development, business development or lead generation role
  • A proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, high-activity environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong research and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail in CRM updates
  • Resilience, a positive mindset and a genuine eagerness to grow your career in SaaS sales
  • Confidence making high volumes of calls and handling objections effectively
  • Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot and familiarity with sales enablement tools
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools or AI-driven prospecting platforms
