**How will I Help?**

The Project Coordinator for Group Operations will be responsible for providing high quality coordination, communication, governance, reporting and information management support to the PMO Manager and the wider PMO team. You will be responsible for all administrative diary, correspondence, travel and assisting in scheduling, preparing for meetings, events and wider team support.

**Key responsibilities are**:

- Management of the Program’s/Project’s weekly / monthly operating schedule / timeline (including Forward planning) for the PMO team and the PMO Manager.
- Develop and maintain the program calendar.
- Assist the PMO and Quality Managers in ensuring timely and quality generation status reports from the Clarity system, Supplementary Status Report, or any required divisional month-end report of monthly program/project.
- Management of working groups and Steering Committees via minutes, chasing progress on actions and booking meetings. Also updating and maintaining Key Decision Register based on meeting minutes.
- Set up program/projects in Clarity and ensure the completion of Clarity timesheets (where applicable).
- Maintain auditable knowledge repository of project/program artefact.
- Keep abreast of any changes to the PgEF, PEFm and templates and assist the PMO Manager with the related communication of these changes to the Project Management community within the program.
- Manage document control procedures, in conjunction with the PMO Manager - Establish and manage program trackers, including NOD, CCL, Actions tracker, Approvals Tracker and Milestone register.

**What do I need?**
- 2-3 years in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience working in a large organisation.
- Administration of SharePoint and/or Intranet clarity experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products to an advanced level.
- Project methodologies/ project environment experience.
- Proficiency in Wasp and Clarity.
