**Project Coordinator**
- $500-$600 per day + super

**About the Role**:
The primary purpose of the role is to provide high level project support and coordination to the procurement pipeline by working collaboratively with project teams and by coordinating project related information, documentation and events to contribute to the successful procurement of the forward procurement pipeline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Live the NSW Public Sector and organisational values to achieve outstanding outcomes for the organisation and customers.
- Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget and to quality standards.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and market sounding processes to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion.
- Source, collate and compile data and information to support the end-to-end tender process and preparation of contracts and project documents.
- Provide Secretariat to support to the Project Governance and working groups

**Key Skills**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience providing high level project co-ordination and support to highly complex and large technical ICT projects in a large and complex service industry organisation with relevant qualifications.
- Demonstrated high level experience in secretariat support for executive committees, senior working groups, and daily stand-ups.
- Sound experience handling the scheduling of meetings, preparation of meeting agendas, prepare written reports and documentation of meeting action items, development and delivery of PowerPoint presentations and superior communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment with a strong customer focus and Organisation skills to prioritise competing demands and achieve outcomes and share the knowledge with the team.
