**Role overview**
The role of the ISO & Quality Coordinator is to provide support to Quality Assurance Manager to ensure ISO 9001 project tasks are completed according to project timeline.
**Main duties / responsibilities**
- Assist to develop, update & maintain documents procedures & work instruction for ISO project while liaising with other departments as per the project plan.
- Work closely with the different teams for the developing:
- Procedures (SOP)
- Work instructions
- Other documentation
- Other tasks as per requirement for the ISO & other Quality related projects.
- Assist Quality team for Production floor related Quality activities & helping in resolving issues.
- Other duties as required.
**Skills/Qualifications**
- Experience with ISO 9001 (desirable)
- Internal auditing experience (desirable)
- Ability to develop professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solution focused to create recommendations and outcomes and seeks opportunities to enhance value of business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Stakeholder management and high level of customer service skills.
- Trustworthy and high level of professional integrity to maintain the Smardt brand and Customer relationships.
