Reporting to the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act Reform Program Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring AGL fulfils its obligations as part of the Critical Infrastructure Sector, as outlined in the Australian Government’s Security of Critical Infrastructure Act. Bill 2 Part 2a.

You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of risk management projects across power generation and gas assets within AGL’s Integrated Energy portfolio. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, scheduling and the delivery of the projects. Specific responsibilities include:

- Using project management tools, practices and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and to safety and quality standards
- Update, maintain and continually monitor project plans to ensure that AGL meets its regulatory obligations within prescribed timeframes
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence change and deliver projects effectively
- Assist in establishing project frameworks and delivery methodologies
- Assist with high quality project reporting with effective executive insights

About You:
You will be proactive, have outstanding attention to detail and be comfortable building relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring to the table:

- Qualifications in Project Management or a similar discipline
- Project coordination experience in a large complex organization
- An understanding of risk management policies and procedures
- Experience within the energy sector is preferred but not essential
- Experience with Project Management tools and frameworks including Microsoft Project, SAP, Prince 2 and Agile methodologies
- Advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing kills
- Adaptable to changing or conflicting priorities
