To be successful for this role, you will have:
- RN with Current Nurse Registration with AHPRA- Previous experience and knowledge of ANACC systems and have worked in a similar role.- Experience in care planning, review and evaluation-
- Experience in achieving set targets or budgets- Knowledge of the aged care industry, drivers and regulations- Experience leading validation visits

Your duties and responsible will include:
- Supporting the Residential Manager and multidisciplinary team to identify and analyse data on identified indicators and areas of risk.- Drive ANACC systems and processes- Review processes and documentation, and conduct audits, to identify gaps or trends and then implement staff education and continuous quality improvement initiatives in consultation with the manager and in line with best practice guidelines, organisational policies, and relevant legislation- Provide expert advice and support to Residential Aged Care staff around Funding evidence requirements, to ensure a high standard of documentation of assessed resident care needs to support funding claims.- Providing hands on leadership, guidance, and support
