What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse helping our projects launch smoothly and professionally. Your role will include:


• Coordinating pre-construction tasks including domestic contracts, selection schedules, preconstruction packs, site visits, and warranty documentation


• Reviewing and coordinating drafting and shop drawings with precision and care


• Providing general admin support across the team — from scheduling to documentation


• Keeping our factory and office spaces clean, organised, and client-ready


• Maintaining our showroom to a high standard that reflects our brand and values


• Supporting our customer relationship commitment — every client deserves a seamless, respectful experience

What You'll Bring


• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset


• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment


• Clear communication and a collaborative spirit


• Basic understanding of construction or drafting (bonus points if you've studied or worked in the field)


• Formal qualification in construction or drafting required. (Diploma in Building and Construction or Diploma in Interior Design or Diploma in Drafting)


• A can-do attitude and pride in keeping spaces tidy and professional


• Australian citizenship required for this position


• Certificate or Diploma level qualification required
