**About our client**:
Global telecommunications company is busy hiring and need help in the Talent Acquisition Team. This position will support a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

**About the position**:

- Prepare advertisements, post vacancies, shortlist, phone screen, arrange interviews, conduct checks and prepare letters of offer
- Writing and posting engaging job advertisements on various platforms
- Interface with recruitment agencies as required to coordinate interviews and offers
- Manage, support and deploy onboarding processes including vendor selection and management (background and reference checks, assessment providers)

**About you**:

- Clear understanding and experience of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle process.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment working on multiple projects at any given time.
- Strong MS Office skills and ability to navigate an HR system
