ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client has created a global reputation among luxury fashion, with their own unique and distinctive style. You have the opportunity to join the brand in their Sydney headquarters. They are seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 3-month contract, working Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. This is a truly exciting opportunity to contribute to our client's philosophy and to become part of a team that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primarily focus on talent acquisition for the company.
- Work with Retail Managers and Store Managers in a fast-paced recruitment drive.
- Support the HR Manager.
- KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience.
- Well versed in Talent Acquisition process including organising a talent pool, pre-screening, providing a shortlist to the hiring manager and following through to the onboarding process.
