Tecside currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Talent Coordinator** to join our successful team. We have a brand-new modern office based in Prestons, we are looking for a motivated person to join our blue collar division.

As a valued member of the team, you will assist with all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a fast-paced office environment and exposure to providing superior customer service and administration duties.

**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Placing and Managing advertisement responses
- Arranging interviews / phone interviews / video conferencing
- Organising D&A’s and pre-employment medicals when required
- Assist in coordination of weekly timesheets for casual workers
- Manage placement compliance and conduct weekly placement compliance reports in conjunction with National Operations Support.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook)
- Recruitment resourcing experience highly advantageous
- Administration experience in a blue collar industry
