We are excited to be looking for our latest team member to join us as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting our Pre-Employment Process team.
As part of our genuinely supportive and fun Talent Acquisition team, this is a key role, working closely with hiring managers, HR and the Talent Acquisition Specialists to efficiently deliver pre-employment and onboarding activities for new employees.

This is a permanent full-time role with flexible working locations (offices in North Sydney and working from home).
Interstate locations are also a possibility.

**Day to day activities include**:

- Requesting and managing pre-employment checks
- Collating relevant compliance documents and information required
- Working as part of the team on projects and improvements as needed

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who fits into our vibrant workplace culture where we start from a place of trust and respect, with a truly collaborative approach to our work. Ideally you will have a little bit of exposure to recruitment, but this is not essential.

**Required skills would be**:

- You are organised and can prioritise and coordinate your workload effectively
- You can work in a fast-paced team environment, managing a varied workload
- You have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- You have the ability to pick up systems and processes
- You enjoy working as a team and are keen to support your teammates so that we are collectively successful.
