Key duties/responsibilities:
Responsible for business growth in Oceania (including Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands) in the Service provider, Private and Enterprise market. which includes but not limited to Tier 1/2 Service Providers, Regional ISPs, Enterprise customers (Railway, Utilities, Mining, Oil & Gas, Public Safety).
Job duties include:
- Execute on Ceragon’s Go-To-Market sales strategy to achieve booking, revenue, profit and growth targets by focusing on increasing wallet share with existing customers and acquire new accounts.
- Execute sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management
for our existing and new customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer’s technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions
- Develop, manage, and report on KPI’s including sales funnel and provide accurate and timely forecasts to management
- Use Sales Force and other company tools to provide business information in support of sales activities
- Work with internal stakeholders to exceed customer expectations
- Conduct sales activities including solution selling, establishing value prop, responding to tenders, and convert business opportunities to revenue.
- Be an industry thought leader and represent Ceragon at various industry events by actively participating in associations and organization related to the segment
- Attend tradeshows and participate in other sales/marketing events as required
**Requirements**:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of sales focusing on wireless market
- Deep understanding of the wireless transport market including requirements,
advantages and potential challenges of such deployments.
- Deep understanding and prior experience and relationships working with large Service providers and enterprise customers
- Excellent communication skills required (oral, written & presentation)
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Track record of ability to close complex sales.
- Technical background and experience in the communications industry, with basic knowledge of telecom, and data networks through knowledge in RF, Microwave and wireless products is desired.
- Wireless backhaul, Optical, RAN and Access Technology experience is an asset.
- Recognized as highly credible in a competitive sales environment
- Ability to work effectively at all levels and thrive under pressure
- Successful sales leadership experience with high value/price system sales to senior management
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
