**we receive numerous enquiries from all over the Globe from high net worth individuals including Famous Celebrities; Politicians; Television Personalities; Famous Actors; Top end Sports people and many successful business owners including super successful business people who own buildings and mega yachts & regard one million dollars as loose pocket change, this group may also include a Prince or two.** This description was not meant to come across as pretentious, it’s just that as the sales manager and leader of the sales team, you need to be aware that you will need to feel comfortable communicating and interacting at this level and comfortable with big personalities; Your staff members will wave you over from time to time and tell you that Sir or lady ______ is on the phone and they asked to speak to you directly. That said, our service providers who make up the backend team have been with us a long time and are accustomed to dealing with all the above mentioned personalities and can assist and support you when and if required, so please don’t feel as if you are on your own as you yourself are a part of a highly successful; confident and highly respected team; And remember our clients are calling us because they have a need and they were told that we are the best in the business, so no matter with whom you are conversing, we/you are in a position of strength, they are asking us for help, so you never need to feel like you are on the back foot or inferior to whomever it is you are in dialogue.

**Sales Manager** - You report directly to the Founder and CEO of the company who will respect and value you and all your input as an important part of their management team and an integral part of the future of the business.

The ideal Person is an experienced sales manager who is interested in a long-term opportunity with one company,

You are a core element and a central part of our business, you will inherit the current small team of sales professionals who are solely working with warm to hot enquiries, many are referrals from past and existing clients and are desperate for our assistance in many cases. Members of your team are doing well and need to be left alone, others you will need to manage and develop to the next-level, and you will also need to hire additional team members due to necessity as the number of enquiries are becoming insane, you have the complete control to hire and fire as you see fit.

**YOU YOURSELF as the Sales Manager** - This might sound a little unusual but try to follow:
**The ideal person for this position is one who has genuine empathy for others but not so much that you melt into a puddle yourself; You also need to have inner strength**, show confidence and lead by example when speaking to your sales team and ensure that they too maintain a consultative approach when communicating with clients. When you yourself speak to clients, if you are confident and you project that you are empathetic but also strong of mind our clients are going to feel reassured and they need to feel reassured so they know they are in good hands.

We are currently in an expansion and development stage as the level of enquiries are becoming insane, so as the leader, we need you to be a 110% committed, we are not against the whole “work life balance “ thing, its just that we really don’t have time for that right now as our clients need us, so you need to be at the stage in your life where you see the big picture, you need to be the sort of person who is inspired by being part of something magnificent and excited by the knowledge that the team you are managing is making a positive impact and highly beneficial difference to the lives of so many, therefore if you are at a stage in your life where everything else is a priority to you over and above your career and the further development of the company; need of your staff and our clients, then regardless of how great this opportunity is and your high level of interest in this position, the timing is most likely not right for you right now.

**Salary; Super; Vehicle allowance; Commissions; Bonuses and Perks** - Your first year’s salary in the business is $120,000 plus superannuation plus $20,000 Vehicle allowance a lucrative commission; bonus structure and other company provided perks.
