**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Production team in the role of Production Assistant. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the production team in managing the production process of each style in line with deadlines and ensuring administration & reporting tasks are completed in a timely & accurate manner.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Raising new and amending purchase orders as required, meeting Critical Path deadlines.
- Generate & amend barcodes as required.
- Supplier communication and follow up ensuring documentation is received.
- Process reports ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Receive, unpack, and distribute incoming parcels completing log master.
- Ensure promotional samples are ordered and received, following process and track to delivery dates.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Background in fashion or retail is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a solution focused attitude.
- Experienced in system administration
- A positive - can do - attitude
