**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Production team in the role of Production Assistant.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting the production team in managing the production process of each style in line with deadlines and ensuring administration & reporting tasks are completed in a timely & accurate manner.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Raising new purchase orders & updating/amending current purchase orders in line with CP deadlines.
- Communicating purchase order information with suppliers.
- Communicating with key internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data is available in accordance with CP deadlines.
- Generating barcode information to suppliers & updating/amending barcode information and communicating with suppliers.
- Creating and maintaining accurate reporting.
- Cross checking purchase order accuracy to ensure consistency between buying & production departments.
- Receive, unpack, and distribute incoming parcels and ensure details of incoming parcels are logged accurately.
- Ensure photoshoot/advertising/blogger samples are ordered with suppliers in accordance with deadlines and proactive tracking/confirmation of logged orders.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Background in fashion or retail is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a solution focused attitude.
- Experienced in system administration.
- Intermediate to advanced level of experience in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word)
- Experience with AP21 is desirable.
- Agile & efficient with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
