ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our Footwear & Accessories team at Designworks. In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Development Manager and Design team to support the end-to-end product development process — from initial concept through to final production. You'll play a key part in keeping projects on track, coordinating samples, managing product data, and building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure exceptional products are delivered on time and to standard.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Support the Design and Development teams by tracking product milestones in line with the critical path.
- Manage the product sample register and coordinate the flow of samples between internal teams, licensors, and suppliers.
- Create and maintain accurate art sheets and production documentation.
- Liaise with Marketing to coordinate imagery, content, and photography for product launches.
- Manage product uploads and ensure accuracy of product data across retailer platforms.
- Maintain materials, approvals, and range documentation to ensure smooth seasonal delivery.
- Build collaborative relationships across Designworks and external supplier partners to drive efficiency and quality.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong eye for product and detail, with a passion for fashion, footwear, or accessories.
- Proven organisational skills — able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); Illustrator experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Previous experience in product coordination, wholesale, or garment manufacturing preferred.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn from industry leaders.
