
Applications Administrator

**The role**
As an Applications Administrator in a fast-paced and high-performing environment, your responsibilities will include:
- Engage with Microsoft / support vendor for Tier 3+ support
- Administer user on/off boarding, and security changes
- Seek efficiency opportunities via automation and/or further adoption
- Respond to queries from the Finance team and support Marketing team with any technical elements around the build out of customer journeys
- Provide thought leadership on platforM/Feature adoption, as new features are released
- Maintain and monitor the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Power Automate flows to perform defined automation tasks
- Assist Cosmedcloud team with resolution of support requests and testing of new/enhanced features prior to deployment
- Assist with design and test changes (where appropriate) via development of well-considered test plans
- Deploy change (Power Platform only) and monitor effectiveness of the change, maintaining accurate records
**About you**:
Your demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems in a complex environment, whilst delivering exceptional customer service to all end-users in essential. You will bring your experience in effectively managing competing tasks, using your judgement and prioritisation skills to deliver the best business outcomes, along with:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Applications Support role
- Demonstrated experience supporting & administering a Power Platform environment
- Experience developing and maintaining Power Apps &/or Power Automate flows
- Working with IT Ticketing Systems
- Working with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, or capture requirements
- Automating dataflows
- Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Sound understanding of security principles, especially around customer data
- Prior experience supporting a Finance System, or Marketing Automation system, would be a great advantage
