Duties

Respond to incoming calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers with their needs.

Utilize medical terminology to address client questions and concerns appropriately.

Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Perform data entry tasks accurately to update client records and information.

Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and resolve issues.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service for clients.

Assist in training new staff members on best practices in customer service.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a medical office setting.

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.

Strong understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.

Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and Spanish or other languages.

Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $31.82 - $41.78 per hour
