**Position Overview**: As a Call Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and providing support with a variety of inquiries. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and service issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and improve processes.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer management software.
