**Overview**

**Duties**
- Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Utilize medical terminology when addressing healthcare-related inquiries.
- Follow established protocols for phone etiquette to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

**Skills**
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record management.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred for handling healthcare-related calls.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
