**About the Role**

This position has been described as the glue of the business and is not your typical Executive Assistant position.

You will have flexibility to make this role your own and be given freedom to implement processes and procedures to improve operating efficiencies and deliver a high level of customer service to your stakeholders. You will have the ability to position yourself as the trusted advisor with this space.

**Your duties will include (but not be exclusive) to the following**:

- Manage and facilitate the scheduling of diaries, activities and appointments.
- Manage all communication channels and determine priorities and action required to coordinate responses.
- Ensure the CEO is properly prepared for meetings/commitments and have all relevant documentation.
- Proof reading outgoing business documents and making necessary changes including formatting changes to ensure all documents are of a high quality.
- Coordinating board meetings, taking minutes during meetings and following up on actions.
- In collaboration with Management preparing presentations for meetings including the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for Executive and staff including liaison with providers, bookings, itineraries, receipts, reconciliation & maintenance of related records.
- Coordinate functions, meetings and workshops
- Office Management responsibilities in addition to development of administration and filing procedures
- Oversee general office facilities

**About You***

You will be regarded for your genuine care and dedication, along with the ability to take on a high pressure position. You will have extensive experience within the roles of office manager and Executive Assistant at the C-suite level, whilst possessing advanced skills in MS Office suite.

Given this is a newly ASX listed business, your experience working within an ASX listed business at the C-Suite level will be highly sought-after.
