**About the Role**
This is a very exciting 2-year max term contract, as part of the Customer business, the purpose of the **Program Communications and Engagement Lead** role is to ensure the development and execution of a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy that drives alignment, fosters stakeholder support, and sustains momentum throughout the transformation program.

Other aspects of the role include:

- Lead the communications and engagement strategy for the transformation program, ensuring clear alignment with its goals
- Advise the Program Director, executive team, and senior leaders on effective communication approaches
- Deliver consistent, timely, and transparent messaging to internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
- Create high-quality content across channels—written, digital, events, and presentations
- Work with change teams and stream leads to tailor engagement plans to specific audiences and initiatives
- Design and run engagement forums, roadshows, town halls, and other interactive sessions to build understanding and support
- Track engagement through feedback and analytics, adjusting strategies to boost impact
- Coach and mentor internal teams to strengthen long-term communication and engagement capability

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or change communications within complex environments. With a demonstrated ability to effectively lead communications for large-scale transformation programs. Other things we’re keen on include:

- Proven leader with the ability to influence and engage executive stakeholders
- Skilled communicator across written, verbal, and visual formats
