About the role?

We need you to help us deliver our vision to become Australia and New Zealand’s most loved restaurant brand The role of the Internal Comms & Purpose Partner is twofold, you’ll connect Nandocas with our brand, culture and business as well as act as the conduit between our restaurant teams and Central Support groups to build our culture. We are a strong purpose led business and you’ll be a key conduit between the Changing Lives and Marketing teams, leading the external communication of key purpose initiatives such us Nando’s Fighting Malaria, No Chuckin’ Our Chicken and NanDonation.

Key responsibilities

Identifying, developing and implementing opportunities to share our overall business vision in meaningful and tangible ways that will resonate with internal and external stakeholders, bringing our purpose of “Changing Lives, Together” to life, by:
- Ongoing development and execution of the purpose and internal communications strategies- Project managing & acting as the custodian of Nando’s Changing Lives and internal communication calendar comprising new and existing activity, identifying most effective communication channels- Supporting engagement and comms for internal events and activities that encourages maximum participation and attendance- Proactively driving our internal social media channels and community programs by sourcing content for and from Nandocas- In conjunction with the Changing Lives Manager, lead the end-to-end delivery of key Changing Lives campaigns
