**We’re seeking for an ICT Program Manager to oversee the Digital Opportunities program of work for our client based in Melbourne, and join asap, it’s a yearlong contract till Oct 23 with possible extns.**

**ICT Program Manager to oversee the Digital Opportunities program of work: a set of 9 key initiatives, managed by a Project Manager, relating to the client’s primary integrated client and case management system (ICCMS). The digital opportunities program of work includes enhancements to the system to enable data check capabilities, case summary views, voice to text capabilities and integration opportunities designed to improve data quality and address the business need for a more efficient and user-friendly system.** Removes impediments and blockers that sit outside the remit of the agile team.

**Role is Hybrid and it is based in Melbourne and this opportunity is till next year Oct 23 with possible extn. Extensive experience in managing large programs would be beneficial.**

**Your day at NTT**
- Delivery of all 9 ICT initiatives, within budget and within the planned timeframes.
- End to end program management including planning, design, build, run, change management, comms, and adoption, working across various groups.
- Project status reports and Executive briefings for key steering committees
- Overarching program management plan, highlighting interdependencies, risks and issues and mitigation strategies

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**
- 15+ years project and program management experience (including Agile methodologies), with a focus on CRM solutions.
- Lead and manage Project Managers across various initiatives, with program management plans flagging interdependencies, risks and connected planning for timeline and budget expectations
- Experience operating in a shared services environment and leading cross functional teams
- Experience in complex stakeholder and organisational structures - able to influence and build consensus
- Excellent budget management skills - ensuring financials are monitored, tracked, and managed prudently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at a C suite level
- Experience leading change and delivery across multiple steams of work, through collaborative partnerships
- Experience working with vendors and consultants, including procurement/tender processes
- Understands the business drivers and objectives of ICT initiatives
- Experience in the operational side of ICT platforms, understands the whole of life cost
