Remote/WFH arrangement

At present, an outstanding opportunity exists for a Comms Specialist to work across our blue-chip client, essentially providing comms support across two major projects and also some other BAU comms support across the team (yammer posts, SLT and other comms requirements).

Key Responsibilities:
Execute communication plan

Engage senior leaders and key leaders in communications

Create briefing/presentation packs

Build engaging communications to promote awareness and understanding i.e. videos, ppt animations (and/or work with internal teams and brand resources to design and build)

Write intranet stories and articles

Illustrate complexity in simple diagrams

Plan and manage system launch activities (support user readiness activities and build excitement in go live lead up)

Support the development of training materials through creating of visual assets to support learning and understanding

Be open to undertake change and stakeholder engagement work where required - experience as a change analyst or part of a broader change management effort would be great

Must Have:
Understand how to build and manage SharePoint assets and use other digital tools

Be comfortable working with ambiguity

Be self-directed and demonstrate initiative and quick learning

Be comfortable with senior stakeholder and end user engagement and running with discrete pieces of work

Be a team player who values collaboration

Project communications 70%

Communications strategy and delivery for the legal separation project for the procurement and supply chain businesses within Supplier Services.

Communications strategy and delivery of the APS project, smaller contained project. Strategy started, key messages and leadership engagement plan to be developed.

Other communications support for smaller projects within Supplier Services.

BAU internal communications support 30%

Support running Supplier Services town halls and other engagement sessions.

Yammer support - posting initiatives and engagement opportunities for Supplier Services.

Support helping senior leadership communicate with their teams.

Some video direction and working with external agencies.
