Your focus will include:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services- Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to minimize excess inventory while ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand- Lead logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of the supply chain, analyze data, and drive actionable insights for improvement- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures, while also promoting sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain

What you will bring to the team:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management with a track record of strategic leadership and supply chain optimization- Exposure to EPC type lump sum and reimbursable projects- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and performance- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of industry trends and best practices
