Head of Supply Chain / Procurement
to lead and transform their end-to-end supply chain strategy.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal, Perth-based role reporting directly to the C-Suite. You'll lead a team of up to 6 while taking ownership of procurement and supply chain across the business. Beyond managing day-to-day activities, you'll have the mandate to:

  • Drive procurement strategy, value creation and supplier performance.
  • Build a best-in-class supply chain function that adds measurable GP value.
  • Transition subcontractor management back into Supply Chain to unlock efficiencies.
  • Lead the development of materials sourcing (including steel), ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a senior leader who can bring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in supply chain and procurement leadership.
  • Strong background in large-scale materials procurement — exposure to metals, construction products, or heavy manufacturing will be highly regarded.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to deliver measurable value improvements.
  • Leadership capability to manage and mentor a team while influencing at executive level.
