As DC Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of supervisors, coordinators, and operational staff, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational involvement.

With strong support from a progressive Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will drive best-in-class performance, champion safety, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

Known for developing leaders and creating high-performing teams, this is both a challenging and highly rewarding role - ideal for a leader seeking a platform to showcase their skills while making a meaningful impact on a growing, innovative supply chain operation.

As DC Manager, you will:

  • Oversee operational and cost management across the Distribution Centre, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and KPI achievement
  • Lead daily operations, coaching supervisors and staff while fostering accountability and engagement
  • Champion safety and compliance across all site activities, embedding a strong safety culture
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and business teams to plan and execute operational initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise operational outcomes and ensure long-term success

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be an experienced supply chain and DC operations leader with broad operational knowledge
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for building future-ready supply chain solutions
  • Possess strong people management skills, inspiring teams and driving high performance
  • Have operational experience across distribution, online fulfilment, transport management, and retail logistics
  • Be highly analytical with the ability to use data to improve performance and reduce costs
