Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Supply Chain Assistant - Compiler, based on-site in FORRESTDALE, Perth, WA. The Supply Chain Assistant will assist with various day-to-day tasks, including managing supply chain processes and ensuring that communication and customer service standards are met. The role involves compiling manufactured items for dispatch, ensuring the timely delivery of products in full and on time.

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Compiler to join our team in overseeing the post-production process. In this role, you will ensure that all completed jobs are properly compiled, organised, and prepared for the next stages—whether that's shipping or pick up. You'll be responsible for confirming that all parts, components, and documentation are accounted for and accurately matched to their respective orders. The role involves using forklifts and other equipment to move and arrange items efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

Necessary Skills:

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of supply chain or manufacturing systems and processes
  • Valid Forklift License (or willingness to attain before starting)
  • Reliable and punctual

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in quality control or inspection processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
