We are looking for someone with strong administration and communication skills to join our OneMusic Australia team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role you will work with a dedicated team of music lovers who are passionate about the rights of music creators.

The position is a full-time, permanent role. We are open to the role being based in our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth office. APRA AMCOS has hybrid working arrangements with staff typically working both in the office and at home.

The Customer Support Team manage queries from existing clients and is generally the first point of contact for prospective OneMusic Australia clients.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Educating clients about licensing obligations and our role in ensuring songwriters and recording artists are paid for the performance of their works
- Ensuring that licensing queries, account amendments and other matters are and evaluated, actioned or escalated in a timely manner

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE**:

- A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- An excellent phone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in an administration, retail or client services role
