**Customer Service Representative **to join our close-knit order services team.

**Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the key responsibilities include**:

- Accurate data entry for order management
- Responding to incoming customer queries and requests
- Taking ownership and resolving any delivery or distribution issues

**We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who possesses the following**:

- Positive 'can do' attitude.
- Experience using Salesforce is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail when order processing with numeric & alphanumeric
- Ability to build great relationships with customers.
