Shorty's Liquor provides B2B capabilities and expertise, supplying drinks to corporate businesses in Sydney and Melbourne CBDs and also leveraging the Dan Murphy's network. Shorty's vision is to be the corporate destination of fine wine, liquor and gifting in Australia through premium products, powerful partnerships and superior service.

A great opportunity for a **Gifting Service Consultant** to join a vibrant, dynamic and supportive team culture.

This position will see you enhance customer satisfaction after sales service, prioritise prompt responses to gifting inquiries and promptly identify and address trends to improve the overall Gifting Hub experience.

**Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role**
- Respond to customer queries regarding Gifting Hub sales across various communication platforms
- Foster relationships with Shortys customer service team to enhance customer experience through shared insights
- Support proactive sales growth through active sales calling as required by the business.
- Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements in Dan’s Gifting Customer Service
- Maintain and update customer records using designated tools and software (Trello and agreed templates)
- Address customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues, and maintain a friendly and positive phone/chat demeanour
- Participate in monthly review sessions, contributing new ideas, opportunities for improvement, and fostering accountability
- Cultivate relationships with Store Managers, understanding their priorities and ensuring effective communication among key stakeholders

You will have excellent attention to detail and most importantly are highly confident and capable with stakeholder engagement, and partnering with the business to provide key insights.

- Advanced time management and prioritisation skills to support business requirements within a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all tasks
