Inspected is a dynamic, fast-growing tech startup revolutionising the property inspection process for real estate agents/buyers and sellers alike. Our intuitive app streamlines workflows, improves communication, and helps agents close deals faster. We are a small but mighty team, and we're looking for a motivated individual to join us on our mission to become a leader in real estate technology.
**The Role**
We're seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and passionate person to come on as a **Customer Relationship Manager,** to promote the Inspected app to real estate agents in Sydney and across Australia. This is a crucial role where you will work closely with our Co-Founder and CEO, acting as the front-line ambassador for our brand.
You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients through face to face appointments, phone calls and Zoom meetings. Your success will be directly tied to meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones related to user acquisition and engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Upload videos to app and create agent profiles to use to promote agents.
- Engage with real estate agents to promote and demonstrate the value of the Inspected app.
- Manage and coordinate inspections and create a pipeline of leads and potential clients, guiding them through the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and solving problems quickly and effectively.
- Work autonomously to meet and exceed agreed-upon KPIs and sales targets.
- Accurately track and report on your progress to the leadership team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and new business development.
**About You**
- **Proven Experience**: You have a solid track record in sales or customer service, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: You are comfortable learning new software and can confidently present our app's features via face to face or virtual meetings.
- **Self-Starter**: You are a highly organised, trustworthy, and motivated individual who can work with mínimal supervision. You're proactive and have a strong desire to take on more responsibility and grow into a sales executive role.
- **Exceptional Communicator**: You possess excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- **Problem-Solver**: You can think on your feet, make critical decisions, and solve problems without hesitation.
- **Experience in Real Estate**: While not essential, a background in real estate sales or property management is a significant advantage.
**The Details**
- **Position Type**: Part-time with flexible hours.
- **Car and Licence**: Reliable Car and Valid Drivers Lic would be an advantage for career progression into a BDM/ Account Management role, but not essential
- **Start Date**: Immediate.
