**Description**

Receptionist/Office Support person required to cover maternity leave in a professional, small, friendly upholstery business based in Ultimo. Great opportunity for someone who is organised, loves administration, requires flexible working hours or is looking to get back into the workforce. This is a contract/ temporary role for 12-18 months.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the front of office and ensure the first point of client/third party enquiry is promptly and professionally dealt with.
- General administrative duties such as scanning and filing of documents.
- Generate quotations and invoices.
- Fulfill online orders.
- Allocate fabrics to projects
- Coordinate deliveries
- Order office supplies, fabrics, materials
- Be professional, proactive and a valued contributing member of the team
- Competent with Microsoft Office and Xero
- Fantastic communication and people skills (must be fluent in English)
- Be self-driven, confident and have superior customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
