**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 2 month contract paying $32.69 p/h + Super. This role is located in Ultimo.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Student Sales Advisor with a leading NSW Government agency. The Student Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering advice, information and assistance across multiple channels

Key accountabilities include:

- Responsible for the achievement of sales contact, enrolment and conversion targets.
- Handle variable volumes (including peak periods) of inbound enquiries and assist with the provision of course information to prospective customers and across multiple channels.
- Participate in outbound or inbound, targeted sales campaigns
- Follow-up with prospective students and liaise with Student Success Services and admissions as required to ensure prospective students’ needs are being met.
- Perform administration and sales related activities including updating and maintaining records and databases to support customer relationships and to ensure compliance with systems, processes and policies

**About You**
- High volume based work experience is a must
- Sales experience highly regarded
- Comfortable working in continuously changing environment
