Our client, A global provider of premium commercial and residential floor coverings has an exciting opportunity available for a **Customer Service Manager** to join thier friendly and supportive team based in **Wetherill Park **on a **full-time permanent **basis.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Handling all complaints and problems from customers
- Organising and running quaterly department meetings
- Managing the development of an effective customer service department
- Answering sale phone calls
- Liaisling with board of management, third party distributors
- To assist with any other tasks allocated

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Proven knowledge and experience in a similar role.
- ** Must have SAP experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a supervisor or management level in a customer service area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Must be a team player, taking an integral part in the customer service team
