Sector: Customer Service - Call Centre (Call Centre & Customer Service)

Contract type: Full time

Office hours: Monday - Friday (07.30am - 15.30pm)

This position is responsible for all facets of customer service, from processing customer orders to finalizing customer orders thru invoicing. Maintaining backorders, forward orders, special requirement orders. Liaising with customer as well as the relevant sales rep. Credits, corrections, new customer set up and maintenance, data entry, stock transfers, as well as consignment stock invoicing and reconciling. Answering all incoming calls, other general office & ancillary duties as requested. The position will report directly to the Branch Manager - NSW

**Job description**
- Accurate entry of customer orders
- Maintaining accurate pricing on all customer orders including but not limited to special pricing
- Prepare Daily/Weekly invoicing
- Answering and acting upon all incoming calls
- Open, accurate and professional communication to both internal and external customers
- Maintaining orders in Released, Partially Delivered, delivered status with the view to convert to Invoiced status
- Respond to all customer enquiries/issues/complaints
- Maintain accurate customer pricing
- Ensure open and professional communication across relevant departments internally to ensure maintenance of customer accounts and any outstanding orders
- General Administration duties as directed

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years experiences in Administration would be advantages
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
