As our **Customer Service Supervisor - Escalations**, you will oversee our dedicated escalations team, ensuring that customer concerns are resolved to company standards.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- 8.30am-5.30pm
- Oversee a team of upto 10
- Permanent Fulltime

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with the escalations manager to offer training and support to the team
- Lead the escalations team to handle complex customer issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and outcomes
- Monitor and analyze escalations to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Provide training and development to team members to enhance their skills and performance

**TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 2+ years in a similar role (retail industry or similar)
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
- Great attention to detail to understand policies / procedures
- Full working rights
- Own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
