Are you an experienced leader with a passion for solving complex customer cases and managing high-performing teams? We’re looking for a **Customer Service Manager** to join a national company in Western Sydney.

**The Role**:

- Monday - Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals
- Resolve escalated and complex customer cases efficiently
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, ensuring targets are consistently met

**About You**:

- Proven experience in managing teams in a customer service environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling complex customer issues
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
