**The Role**:
Having been operating within the Australian retail landscape for the last 40 years the marketing team are currently seeking a flexible, adaptable Marketing Specialist with experience in Marketing Planning & Partnerships & Campaign Management, reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will focus on implementing the strategic marketing plan for the brand to deliver key marketing strategic outcomes. **What you will be doing**:
- **Implement marketing and brand strategy** by establishing strategic marketing campaigns incorporating relevant research and data from multiple sources to drive sales and ROI.
- **Activate end to end marketing campaign management** across all channels (Offline and Online Channels).
- **Activate innovative, customer lead sales** driving marketing campaigns through existing and emerging channels.
- **Data Management -** Gathering and maintaining key data points including competitive set: financials; TY v.LY, customer insights, best practice marketing initiatives, event summary, shopping behaviours and loyalty trends.
- **Stakeholder Management**, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively including external suppliers, media agencies and others. Work collaboratively with shared services teams within the business to achieve business outcomes.
- **Product/Campaign Management**, develop and manage plan for new launches and events from National Calendar. Liaise directly with suppliers and support their go to market plans by making it user friendly.
- **Team **- Support the Marketing Manager and work closely with marketing Coordinators. Mentor and develop two direct reports.
- **Budget** - Managing and reporting on the budget allocated to each event.
- **Experience in digital channels **- you will be directing channel managers and accessing their feedback on campaign - so having knowledge in this area is beneficial to the role.
**About you**
- Must have at least 5-7+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar position or relevant campaign/ brand/ digital Marketing role
- Must have Excellent Google Analytics skillset
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Flexible and able to adapt to the changing retail environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Digital led Marketer and should have dealt with suppliers and marketing campaigns
