As the go-to planning lead for coordinating unforgettable incursions and excursions, you’ll lead the charge in crafting experiences that children and parents trust—all while driving profitable, purpose-driven programs that align with Junior Adventures Group’s vision.

**Your mission**:

- Create and design unforgettable excursions that spark curiosity, joy, and childhood memories.
- Work to engage and coordinate local sports and entertainment providers to operate onsite incursions.
- Partner with marketing colleagues to support delivery of innovative and fun children’s craft take home activities that will delight parents.

**What you’ll do**:

- Shape and deliver strategic program roadmaps infused with fun and adventure.
- Collaborate across ops, marketing, and finance to bring fun and innovative ideas to life.
- Analyse feedback and data to fine-tune every experience for max impact.
- Align programs with national events, excursions, and local school experiences.
- Support and contribute to venue safety risk assessments to ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Negotiate with commercial partners to drive value and differentiation.

**Qualifications** What you’ll bring**:

- 2-3 years’ experience within an events or marketing role
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to source and negotiate with suppliers
- Strong data analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills
- A degree in business, events or marketing is advantageous
