We're on the lookout for a **Group Head of Partnerships, Programs & Events** to take the lead on shaping our world-class, outside school hours care product offering - including our flagship Adventure Program and Holiday HQ.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll design, enhance, and lead delivery of our industry leading program offerings to meet the ever-changing needs of families, children, and schools - all while driving commercial growth and strengthening our brand globally. You’ll also oversee and nurture strategic partnerships that set JAG apart from our competitors and supercharge our program delivery.

- ** Lead Program/Product Strategy**: Own the entire product lifecycle - from research and planning to launch and optimisation
- ** Transform Event Management**: Oversee and manage the special event program to optimise delivery and customer experience
- ** Lead a Brilliant Team**: Inspire and develop a high-performing crew of Program and Event Coordinators across the country
- ** Grow Partnerships**: Identify and negotiate exciting commercial partnerships that enhance our offerings and create unforgettable experiences

- Degree-qualified in business, marketing or commerce (essential)
- 8-10+ years in senior product, brand or retail roles (bonus if in events, entertainment, or early childhood education)
- Experience designing or working for brands servicing primary school aged children or families advantageous, as is exposure to global business units and their differing needs, but not essential
- Sound knowledge of product lifecycle management and experience testing, scaling, and optimising new commercial concepts that create long-term value
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and/or knowledge of creating hybrid audience experiences and working at pace to match market demands
- Strong understanding of product/program/event management and demonstrable experience overseeing at-scale events and program initiatives
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
