Priceline Pharmacy, one of Australia's leading health and beauty retailers is looking for a Store Support Coordinator on a 12-month contract to join the Store Support Team at our Melbourne Support Office.

The Store Support Coordinator supports the achievement of API’s Vision and to help us in our strategic goals to achieve Executional Excellence through the streamlined management of store queries, the support of current program events, continual improvement of store communications, compliance and efficiencies in stores, and administrative support across policies, procedures and store functions.

**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support and guidance to store teams to enable in store efficiencies and success.
- Provide general administrative and reporting support.
- Work on store operations projects to improve the in store experience.
- Support the coordination of travel and accommodation as required for business travel and events.
- Develop and update standard operating procedure documentation to reflect the current policies and procedures.
- Coordinate store maintenance and other support services for Company owned stores.

- Solid administration experience with understanding of retail networks
- Strong customer service focus
- Proactive desire to improve store and business process.
- Problem solving contributing to process optimisation.
- Time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- System management experience with SAP desirable
