**Job task and responsibilities**

**Responsible for**:

- Selling the company's Freight Forwarding, Air, Ocean, Customs Brokerage & 3PL services, and associated products
- Focus on new business opportunities
- Identify Business opportunities, Qualify, Target, and materialize into a new Business
- Meet the KPI required
- Networking within KWE networks around the World
- Research and Product Development
- Follow up sales leads and turn them into a business opportunity
- Attend Sales Conferences and Meetings, preparing reports & presentations as directed

**Other Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales process through the sales pipeline, so as to achieve the best outcomes possible for the company in terms of gained business
- Establish and maintain a meaningful target account portfolio, achieve targets, and share outcomes with management
- Maintain close contact with current key customers, so as to achieve business growth goals and objectives
- Provide regular and timely updates on activities to management
- Ensure timely, attentive, and appropriate communication with internal and external customers, and ensure effective resolution of service issues

**About You**:

- Strong communication skill is mandatory
- Sales experience is essential
- Excellent customer service ethic
- 1 -2 years of experience in the Freight forwarding industry is preferable
- Ability to work effectively within, and contribute to a team environment
- Positive attitude
- Japanese speaking preferred

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- Japanese (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
