As an Inside Sales Representative at Carma, you’ll be saving lives. Oh wait, sorry, wrong job What you’ll actually be doing is saving people’s time (almost as important?) by taking the effort out of buying their next ride.

What you'll be doing:

- Jump on the phones
- the leads are warm, so your opener is ready to go.
- Get curious—ask the right questions and uncover what your customers really need.
- Keep your pipeline in check—follow up is key
- Stick to the sales process and overcome objections like a pro.
- Close those deals with confidence and go for the win.

Okay, let's talk about you:

- You have a minimum of 12 months sales experience, phone sales experience is a plus
- You're tech savvy and comfortable picking up new systems.
- You love to succeed
- you want to be at the top of that leaderboard
- You enjoy learning and see each day as an opportunity to grow.
- You’re flexible with a rotating schedule and can work over the weekend when needed.
- You enjoy chatting with people, figuring out what they need, and going the extra mile to help them out.

In this role you’ll be based in our Alexandria, Sydney office, with room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby.
