Apex Tool Group (ATG) is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team This full-time position is based in our Alexandria head office and requires someone who loves problem solving, has a passion for customer experience, and wants to be part of a close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative that would relish the challenge and reward of working with well-known quality brands and a reputable organisation.
**Responsibilities include**:
- You’ll contribute to driving a customer-first culture.
- You’ll manage post-sales enquiries from our Distribution Partners and internal Sales Representatives in a timely manner.
- You’ll accurately process and administer new orders received from our Distribution Partners.
- You are thorough and maintain accurate records of communication with customers via CRM
**About you**:
- You’ll put the customer at the forefront of everything you do.
- You’ll have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- You’ll have the ability to assess information and provide solutions.
- You’ll have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar sales/customer service/account executive role.
- Ideally you will be familiar with MS Office and CRM software (preferably Salesforce and Hubspot).
- Experience within a contact center environment will be looked at favorably
