Sales Consultant / Bathroom Showroom - Alexandria Showroom

Sydney Taps is a growing Retail Bathroom store located in Alexandria. A position has become available for a Sales Representative to join our team.

This position requires a salesperson who is self-driven, a flair for design, and can drive sales targets while providing great customer service.

Previous experience in the sales, hospitality or bathroom industry is preferred but not necessary.

Your main duties will include:

  • Greet and assist all customers with professionalism and warmth

  • Assisting customers with product selections

  • Demonstrating basic product knowledge

  • Building customer relationships

  • Ability to achieve sales targets

  • Administrative Tasks

  • Visual merchandising and maintain showroom appearance

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of face to face and phone sales to customers

  • Ability to build effective working relationships

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good level of Computer literacy and Windows

  • Well presented, driven, committed with positive attitude

  • An individual willing to put in the initial hard work to gain benefits

  • Enjoy working in a team environment

  • Friendly, helpful and engaging personality

  • You must have full working rights to qualify for this role, not suited to persons on limited condition VISA's.

Applicant will be required to work a five day week, all staff must work Saturdays with one rostered day off during the week.

  • Monday Friday 9-5pm (with one rostered day off), and

  • Saturday 9-4.30pm
