**Role Description**
This is a part-time role for a Sales Support Administrator at Good Idea Global, located in Clayton, VIC.
**Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for**:
- Scheduling appointments for the sales department, service providers, suppliers, and customers.
- Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records via the Pronto system
- Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers.
- Coordination of samples for customers and trade shows alike
- Managing the sales department's budget and commissions.
- Tracking of Orders from China and Inputting inventory into System
- Assistance in planning and coordination of trade shows
- Liaising with customers in day to day to communication around stock availability
- Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
- Working knowledge of managing budgets and keeping track of sales commissions.
- Proficiency in word processing and excel spreadsheet software.
- Knowledge in Pronto a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
