**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will be based in **Clayton** and report to the Equipment Sales Support Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective administration for our New and Used Equipment.

**Your key responsibilities and daily activities will include**:

- Staff training and supervision
- Accountability for individual and Team KPIs
- Contract Administration
- Internal stakeholder Liaison
- Back-up for Inventory Controller
- New and Used Equipment Process Improvement

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a strong collaborator, who enjoys customer support roles and contributing to a successful team.

**You will be able to demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High attention to detail with excellent data entry skills
- Ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously, with excellent time management
- Ability to resolve problems in a practical, timely and professional manner
- Ability to identify customer needs and respond accordingly
- Ability to work under pressure
