Servicing all regions of Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney & Gold Coast. Permalink is rapidly growing and expanding its care services with more than 500 Support Workers & Clients to date.

**The Role**

The **Administration Assistant** is a great starting role at Permalink Support Services, and your primary responsibilities include day-to-day administration tasks, completing onboarding and induction, calendar management, scheduling and rostering, participant relations, providing conflict resolution services, and acting as the main point of communication between the participant, support coordinator/stakeholders with our administration teams.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Understand the NDIS Commissions and Safeguards;
- Implement disability care experience to NDIS participants;
- Perform step-by-step onboarding and induction procedure for new staff;
- Conduct interviews and meetings;
- Produce service quotations, service agreements and contracts;
- Complete day-to-day notes for daily engagement;
- Answer phone calls and enquiries in a timely manner;
- Attend day programs to ensure participant engagement;
- Create staff access;
- Be the point of contact for conflict resolution with scheduling and staffing;
- Adhoc administrative tasks

**ELECTION CRITERIA**
- Exhibit a very enthusiastic, outgoing and extroverted personality
- Loves having fun, activities and talking
- Never a dull moment in the office with you onboard
- Tertiary or diploma qualifications in a Health or Human Service-related field (Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Mental Health, Management etc...)
- Customer service skills and problem - solving capability, particularly in customer relations and building organisational capability applied within a disability and National Insurance Disability Scheme service framework.
- Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to new in-house systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of mental health, autism, and disability service standards.
- A good understanding and knowledge of customer relations and NDIS frameworks and have the ability to build and manage relationships with customers/participants and their employees.
- A broad range of influencing skills, experience producing high quality and effective written communication with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of support coordinators, support workers, and administration staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people and in a variety of situations.
- Flexibility to work reasonable additional hours to fulfill the scope of the role.
- Current driver’s licence

- Current Working with Children Check
